UK based sofa retailer attempts to break world furniture speed record

We are enjoying working with sofa.com, the UK based online sofa retailer - it has to be fun when your clients are pulling stunts like trying to break the world furniture speed record on a sofa.

It's in aid of charity and it should all be a bundle of laughs.

They have built a motorised sofa that they hope is going to get into the Guinness book of world records on Sunday 13th May 2007. Jeremy Clarkson has driven the current fastest sofa in the world - this record attempt is being piloted by a volunteer who bought the right to drive on the record attempt (money going to sids.org.uk).
